Punjab National Bank (International) Ltd, UK celebrated its 10th Foundation Day on 10th May 2017. The occasion was celebrated by PNBIL Parivar along with clients and distinguished guests at Hilton Hotel, Paddington. The Bank started its operation on 10th May 2007 and is currently serving across seven branches in UK.
A key part of the celebration was mesmerising musical performance by Ms. Jyotsana Srikanth and her entourage of musicians. A beautiful melange of Indian classical music with contemporary beats resulted in a standing ovation from the enthusiastic crowd.
Key attendees included His Excellency Mr. Dinesh Patnaik, the Dy. High Commissioner of India to UK; Mr GP Hinduja (The Hinduja Group), Mr. Virendra Sharma, hon’ble MP from Ealing & Southall, Madame Seema Malhotra, hon’ble MP from Feltham & Heston, Mr. Joginder Sangar an eminent NRI hotelier in UK, senior officials from other Indian banks in UK and clients of the Bank.
Mr Sunil Mehta, MD and CEO of Punjab National Bank, India, expressed his gratitude to clients of PNBIL via video message while ex chairperson Mrs Usha Ananthasubramanian sent her heartiest congratulations to everyone with the assurance that PNBIL will stand committed in the service of the customers to their fullest satisfaction.
MD and CEO, PNBIL, Mr. Antanu Das in his welcome address highlighted that PNBIL cares for its customers, values their patronage and believe in continual acceptance of criticism as a way of learning and advancing further.
